Mark founded SRS in 1989 having previously being in the Contracting, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors of the Construction Industry throughout his career. Having experience in all sectors Mark has extensive knowledge which he uses to assist our Consultants to ensure they fully understand the requirements of both Clients and Candidates and is passionate about maintain an unsurpassed level of service. Mark takes great pride in finding new ways to improve SRS, he was instrumental in developing SRS Career Coach, Train & Retain, SRS Executive and our bespoke Management System which allows us to find the best talent for our Clients and exciting career opportunities for our Candidates.

Fiona became a Director of SRS in 2008 bringing with her extensive knowledge of management of major Plc’s. With extensive Operational Management experience, Fiona is responsible for ensuring all of our business functions are carried out correctly and in accordance with requirements along with overseeing our Admin Team ensuring all information is both accurate and current.

Sophia is SRS Recruitment’s IT Manager. With a degree in Computer Science and her previous experience in IT support, she is responsible for the design, development and management of organisation-wide information systems. Using her skills in IT, web design and app development, she ensures SRS is able to offer an unrivalled service to both Candidates and Clients by staying at the forefront of innovation.

Carol has been with SRS for just over 3 years and is responsible for maintaining the Candidate database, reformatting CVs and general administrative duties.
Previously Carol worked in a top London fund management boutique, looking after a billion dollar portfolio and generally managing the small office in Central London.
Grant has over 12 years’ experience in the Construction Sector specialising in the strategic placement of Specification Sales, Technical Sales & Sales Management Professionals up to MD, CEO & Board Level. Working successfully in partnership with small, medium, large & blue chip Manufacturers and Distributors in the Construction, Commercial Interiors and HVAC sector.
Grant has built up an enviable reputation based on his in depth market knowledge and prides himself on the high level of service he offers to Clients, Employers and Candidates in the UK, EU and UAE.

Consultant/ Marketing Manager
Hayley Reynolds began her career at SRS in 2013, working her way up from Office Junior to Recruitment Consultant and Office Manager. She handles the Civils and Drainage division at SRS and has developed sound knowledge of these sectors, giving her the ability to speak her Clients’ and Candidates’ language. She also has a passion for marketing and is charged with overseeing SRS’s marketing initiatives. Her ’marketeer’ mindset underpins her ability to promote her Clients’ vacancies and their employer brand to the most suitable Candidates and to continuously analyse the market, staying ahead of the latest challenges and developments.

With 13 years of sales management behind him and after a little bit of travelling Ben made the move into sales recruitment here at SRS where he now heads up the Plumbing, Heating, HVAC and KBB Division. With nearly 9 years experience in construction product sales recruitment here with us he takes great pride in finding candidates careers rather than ‘just another job’, which obviously works for his clients too. Ben also is a firm believer in communication and is constantly keeping both candidates and clients informed at every stage of the process, whether it be good, bad or indifferent as he strongly feels that all feedback is constructive…
When not at his desk if Ben is not looking after his daughter, he can be found either practicing on the pool table or on his Jetski playing around in the water.

Fiona Hamilton began her career in temporary recruitment where she assisted a great number of businesses in the construction sector in employing temporary staff. After her success in this area, she moved into permanent recruitment where she now works closely with her clients to ensure they maintain their position in the marketplace through the appointment of quality personnel. Neil is an experienced sales, management and recruitment professional. Having spent the first half of his career with leading builder’s merchants, materials manufacturers and key industry innovators in the London specification market, he spent a further fifteen years in front line consultancy and senior management with leading people assessment and development specialists, Thomas International. His clients included industry leading international materials manufacturers and award winning building and construction companies alike. Assisting them to identify, recruit, train and develop talented individuals across a range of disciplines vital to each business has provided him with a valuable depth of commercial and management experience that allows him to add value to the clients and candidates he works with.
