Their liquid, sheet and cement based products are the preferred brands for many and their technical specialists and advisors are respected for their knowledge, consultative approach and design support in the creation of quality assured waterproofing solutions to meet complex requirements across a broad range of construction project types.

Role Overview 

This is a technical sales role. The successful candidate will be an articulate individual responsible for projecting a professional personal and company image at all times whilst building a pipeline of sales through targeting, chasing and securing good quality waterproofing specifications with Architects, Structural Engineers and Developers across your territory.   

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Generate specifications through face to face meetings with Architects, Structural Engineers and Developers by targeting key professionals and decision makers across the territory.
  • Build a pipeline of sales for the territory via an equal focus on new and existing client contacts and customers.
  • Plan and prepare full, productive days in the field focused on providing technically sound advice on structural waterproofing products and solutions to the target market.
  • Undertake technical seminars to promote products & services.
  • Achieve agreed monthly targets across key performance indicators for specifications gained, quality meetings, sales values and lead handling.
