Job Description

We are retained by an innovative manufacturer and service supplier of Heat Transfer products and solutions, who have been leading the way for over 75 years. Our client’s products are manufactured, installed and serviced to the highest international standards of quality, safety and supply chain reliability.

Due to market growth our clients are now looking to recruit a Site Services Manager to cover the U.K and join a successful brand and a winning team.

The Role

This role is centered around the installation, cleaning and repairs of heat exchangers where it is impractical to relocate the equipment to their workshops, or also dealing and assisting with installations and commissioning.

Reporting To

Operations Director

Key responsibilities

  • Assessment and quotation of works to be undertaken on customer sites
  • Assisting and giving on site expertise with regards to installations and commissioning
  • Management and allocation of resources for job planning and scheduling, including carrying out engineering tasks yourself when required 
  • Responsible for final safety checks and documentation 
  • Managing and maintaining customer relationships with a view to maintaining and growing their long-term client partnerships
  • To assist with regards to training and exhibitions as and when required


  • Experience setting up and running end to end engineering contracts
  • Managing onsite Health and Safety
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to
  • Team management and mentoring
  • Knowledge & experience of working within the Heat Transfer, Wider process industry or facilities site management
  • Experience in account management and service delivery
  • Full UK license

Qualifications required

Ideally, the successful candidate will be educated to HNC level, but is not essential; you must be able to demonstrate at least 3 years relevant experience in the engineering industry
