Main Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Client’s Access Equipment hire sales, marketing, and sales service for assigned regional accounts and collaborating with other members of the National sales team to jointly establish consistent, well-defined sales strategies and leadership in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities – Essential Job Functions:
- Establish and achieve sales and profit goals for assigned Regional Accounts
- Develop and execute appropriate Hire strategies and programs which support the company’s objectives. This includes jointly developing with the Marketing Department channel specific hire sales and marketing programs
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned existing and look for new Hire regional accounts through customer calls, national shows, events, and conferences to drive sales and profit
- Provide category information related to assigned regional accounts from which effective training programs can be built and delivered to drive sales
- You will provide the necessary support and/or analysis to corporate production and supply management to resolve customer service issues involving product availability, quality, distribution, and/or sales, and marketing administration
- Perform other duties as required
Experience & Education Required
- Previous experience of sales development in hire sales, including sales merchandising, service and distribution
- Proven analytical, planning, and negotiating skills
- Experience making effective verbal and written presentations to regional customers
- Computer literate (All windows packages as well as competent CRM usage)
- Good general education with a demonstration of language and numeracy capabilities
Desirable:
Experience planning, marketing/selling, and managing sales in Hire sector

- Articulate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Passion for the job, company, and products.
- Full driving license, manual
Training
Full product training will be provided
Additional Information
Substantial travel. This job will require 50% to 60% travel
