SRS is working in partnership with a well-established and respected provider of Maintenance / Repair Contracts and Refurbishment Building Services operating predominantly throughout Hertfordshire and North London.

Role Profile

• Effectively manage refurbishment, maintenance, and repair contracts with an average value of £200,000 a £500,000
• Tendering and Valuation on both new and existing projects
• Support Directors in the management of Logistics, Sub Contractors, and Financial Aspects of the Project
• Pre-Contract Works agreeing to the scope of works, scheduling, and terms with customers

Requirements

• An ambitious and career-minded individual who is passionate about growing within a forward-thinking company
• Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management of Refurbishment, Maintenance to Repair Contracts
• Experience in projects of approximately £200,000- £500,000
