Job Description

An award-winning multi-disciplinary property consultancy offering Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Building Surveying services to a wide variety of clients in the UK.

Due to their continued success and growing business demands they currently have a vacancy for a Senior Architect within their growing architectural team that is delivering an exciting and diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK and they have an immediate need for highly motivated and technically proficient architectural staff to work on projects at all RIBA stages.

Our Clients are looking for a motivated and capable Architect showing excellent skills and aptitude across all RIBA job stages and project tasks including design, technical and contract administration duties. ​

They operate within a multi-dis, dynamic studio space where all professional disciplines explore design solutions in a positive and collaborative team environment.

Applicants are required to submit a full curriculum vitae and sample portfolio to demonstrate their strengths in each of the following essential knowledge areas:

  • Innovative design and analytical skills
  • Excellent graphic abilities to achieve a high level of legibility of design proposals
  • Robust technical detailing
  • A high level of proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit or similar CAD and BIM software
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
  • Successful project running experience
  • Your interpersonal skills will include:
  • Excellent ‘face-to-face communication skills for representing the Practice in client-facing environments
  • A collaborative approach to achieving project and practice objectives
  • Commitment to meeting project deadlines and Practice standards
  • You will have a full, clean UK driving licence
  • The following skills are desirable but not essential:
  • A high level of proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A high level of proficiency with BIM / Revit.

All roles will be subject to a DBS Enhanced check
