The Role

The Operations Manager is tasked with delivering continuous improvement and driving ongoing efficiencies in the Warehousing and wider Branch operations.

• Leading and managing a multi-disciplined team of direct reports
• Build effective working relationships with Branch Manager and Operations Director
• Ensuring only the highest level of customer service is upheld to all customers and stakeholders
• Maintaining a zero-harm health and safety culture is present throughout the entire operation

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have

• Strong demonstrable experience in team management, coaching and development
• Must have experience in Operations Management involving Warehouse and Fleet Management
• Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience within the Building Materials sector, although not essential
