We have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Sales person to join our Client’s exciting Specialised Logistics Company embarking on the next phase of their growth plans.

The Company

The Role

You would be generating and qualifying leads from calling potential clients and you will be looking to build a profitable and sustainable portfolio of repeat customers, and to continually build and develop your database.                                               

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • identify new business opportunities to approach
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales
  • Nurture and grow existing accounts.
  • Communicate internally and externally, providing frequent updates across multiple programs
  • Work closely with the Business development Manager to drive and grow the business.
  • Maintain and update all CRM relevant activities.
  • B2B outbound sales – building a pipeline of prospective clients and closing them to transact

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to identify and develop new commercial opportunities with both existing customers and prospects.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment
  • Results orientated and able to adapt to changing circumstances / industry trends.
  • Excellent writing skills and provide quotes and able to respond to tender documents
  • Proven ability to develop rapport and solution sell.
  • Driven, passionate, motivated and target driven
  • Experience of working within Outbound B2B Telesales environment
  • An ability to research and appoint your own prospects.
  • Dynamic and KPI-driven – you aspire to stretch your target every month
