Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in Customer Services. Our client is seeking a dynamic individual that has proven experience in a Customer Services and also has excellent IT skills. You will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, and requests regarding their company Portal. To enhance the user experience for both existing and new customers, which will enable customers to be in control of their own account and giving them access to order and off hire, and generally manage their account.

Reporting to: DEPOT MANAGER  

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to support portal inquiries
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries
  • Educate customers on product range  
  • Educate customers on the portal and what is best for their needs
  • Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business relationship further
  • Advocate digital innovation and champion internal training of colleagues

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Office
  • Good knowledge of screen scare applications –Team viewer/Zoom/ MS Teams
  • Self motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer focused with sound commercial skills.
  • Experience in Software developing projects
