Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in Customer Services / Internal Sales. Our client is seeking a dynamic individual that has proven experience in working in the Construction Sector ideally in either a sales or customer services role.   You will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, and requests in regards to their products offered. To assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales with both existing and new customers

Reporting to: CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER  

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with customers either by phone or electronically
  • Respond quickly to customer enquiries
  • Educate customers on the product range  
  • Provide pricings / costs and operational information (delivery / collection etc)
  • Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business relationship further
  • Receive and process orders on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate manner

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Office
  • Good knowledge of screen scare applications –Team viewer/Zoom/ MS Teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer-focused with sound commercial skills.
  • Have experience in the Tool Hire sector
