Job Description

SRS is seeking a high-calibre field sales and business development professional on behalf of one of the UK’s leading suppliers of building products for Residential building applications. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in developing sales with Regional Builders and National Housebuilders.

Reporting to: Sales Director  

You will play a vital role, working as part of an established field sales team supplying a range of high-quality Windows and Doors to the Building industry, with the predominant focus on Regional & National House Builders, Developers, & Construction Companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver profitable sales growth through developing sales with both new and existing customers.
  • Proactively engage with new prospects and key stakeholders within the target market, achieving a new business revenue target
  • Ensure efficient management of the territory, conducting 4-5 calls per day
  • Ensure all customer accounts are supported with all product ranges

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Must have experience in field sales within the Building Products / Materials sector
  • Previous experience selling via Housebuilders, Developers and Regional Builders is very beneficial
  • Experience in selling Windows, Doors, uPVC, Building Plastics or related products is strongly desirable
