We are retained by one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of JOINERY PRODUCTS who, due to continued success in the UK market place, are seeking to recruit a professional BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER covering THE HAMPSHIRE area

Our Clients products are very high quality whilst being competitively priced and  are primarily centered on HOUSE BUILDERS, DEVELOPERS and CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES, operating a MERCHANT and DISTRIBUTOR ONLY policy they are therefore seeking a Candidate who is able to capitalise on their success to date and further develop their business in the UK.

The role will be predominantly further developing relationships with Builders Merchants, Distributors, Buying Groups, House Builders, Developers, Contractors, End Users, etc by offering product, sales and technical support gaining product usage.

Ideally you will have experience in JOINERY PRODUCTS or similar sectors of the Construction Industry coupled with a strong background in sales.

You must also be able to demonstrate drive and self motivation along with measurable success in the sales arena, this is a role that is geared to reward hard work and tenacity by offering an uncapped commission scheme based on your individual performance. Our Client is seeking an individual who is hungry for success and the rewards it offers.

Our Client is willing to consider applications from both Internal and Externally based Sales People, from either Manufacturing or Distribution provided you can display the attributes our Client is seeking.
