Vacancy Description                       Mobile Service Engineer

Our client is a national, leading provider of  hire services across the UK. They  offer a wide range of equipment and machinery to support construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects. As a company committed to customer satisfaction and operational excellence

This position provides an exciting opportunity to join our clients Southwest field service team.  Required, servicing and maintaining a vast range of construction and earthmoving equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

• The routine servicing of construction equipment in line with manufacturers schedule and specification.
• Regular Lubricant and fluid monitoring and replenishment.
• Preventative maintenance / monitoring.
• Fault reporting.
• Cleaning, inspecting and preparing plant for transfer or redeployment
• Fitting replacement parts.
• Working alongside other team members on larger maintenance / repair tasks.

Skills/Experience required:

• Full driving licence
• Good mechanical knowledge
• Experience of plant and construction equipment and hydraulic systems
• Experience of conduction routine maintenance to a required level and standard
• Understanding of Risk assessments and method statements
